At VyomVeda Wellness Private Limited (“VyomVeda”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic and wellness products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation (except COD orders)
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India
International shipping is not available at the moment (can be updated later)
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout
Free shipping may be offered on select products, offers, or minimum order value
COD charges (if applicable) are shown separately at checkout
5. Courier Partners
We use trusted third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
6. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS / Email / WhatsApp
You can track your order using the provided tracking link
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active
7. Delays in Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, VyomVeda Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier partner delays
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
Unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery
8. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Customers are advised to check the package before accepting delivery
Do not accept the parcel if it appears tampered or damaged
If accepted, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours
10. Incorrect Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct
VyomVeda Wellness is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer
11. Partial Shipments
In rare cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately
Customers will be informed in such situations
