1. General Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, herbal, and health-related products, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards. Therefore:

Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund

Products once sold cannot be resold or reused for safety reasons

2. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

A return or replacement may be accepted only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product

The product was missing items in the package

📌 You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

3. Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for return or replacement:

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Original invoice or order ID must be provided

Clear unboxing video and photos are mandatory as proof

Return request must be approved by VyomVeda Wellness support team

We reserve the right to reject any request if the product shows signs of use or tampering.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Orders placed under discounts, offers, or promotional schemes

Change of mind or incorrect address provided by the customer

Delays caused by courier partners or external factors

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

In case of partial refund, applicable deductions may apply

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing the order

7. Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only for damaged or incorrect products

Replacement will be dispatched after quality verification

If the product is out of stock, a refund or alternative solution may be offered

Refunds are not applicable due to lack of expected results

9. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery

Do not accept damaged packages without recording proof

VyomVeda is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or government restrictions
